When you use the import features, we process data you choose to import from third-party services such as Google (e.g. saved places, location history, reviews). This data is imported at your explicit request and stored to provide the Service.

3.3 Usage Data

We may collect basic usage analytics (e.g. pages visited, feature usage) to improve the Service. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising tools.

We use your data to:

5. Google API Data

traveltip accesses Google API data (such as Google Maps saved places) only with your explicit consent. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

  • We only use Google data to provide and improve user-facing features of the Service;
  • We do not transfer Google data to third parties except as necessary to provide the Service;
  • We do not use Google data for serving advertisements;

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard infrastructure (Supabase / cloud hosting). We use encryption in transit (TLS) and implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

  • Service providers: We use trusted infrastructure providers (e.g. hosting, database, authentication) that process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements;
